1. We ship on pack orders on each and every Wednesday. If you need an order sooner than that, please email us.
2. We do our very to best to ensure nothing is broken or damaged during shipping but sometimes glasses and mugs break in transit. If this happens, email us, within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the broken merchandise that includes the package it was shipped in. We will then, most likely, ship another one to you. We will only do this once.
3. We love seeing people with their new swag, please send us a photo, or two, of you and your new swag and we'll then gladly feature you on our social media <3
